Before that, I led content design for BILL's Spend & Expense app and was a Senior Content Designer at Shopify, focusing on product content for subscription services and digital creators. I even mentored a talented team of Content Strategists at Experian, one of the world's largest financial services companies.

My specialty? Creating conversational user experiences and utilizing words to guide consumers through digital landscapes. I start with research, lean heavily into business objectives, and work with cross-functional departments to construct consistent messaging across all possible user touchpoints.
